Your first consultation is free. We will meet for approximately 15-20 minutes. This is your opportunity to learn more about Health Coaching and ask any questions. You will receive an explanation of what Health Coaching is and what it is not. Let's talk!

ONE ON ONE COACHING
This is the time we spend in conversation. Initially, we will create a plan for you to achieve success. Subsequent sessions will be to update progress and change course if needed. During these sessions, we will meet to discuss a variety of topics, including but not limited to: goal setting, strategies for achieving goals, progress toward goals, barriers, setbacks, and successes. We will also use this time to discuss food, nutrition changes, or fitness progress.

Do you have a recipe that you love but it is unhealthy, and you don’t know how to revise it? You are in the right spot. I can take your recipe and turn it into a healthy alternative. You will not miss out on the good flavor and history you may have with that recipe. The charge for this is $25.00. It will be money well spent, and you won’t be disappointed. Email me and I will let you know if your recipe is revisable.
